For Aspiring & Early-Stage Business Owners

The Kauffman FastTrac® Business Acadmy is a 12 week course for aspiring and early-stage business owners. In the program you will:

IDEATE

Get started making your idea a reality and exploring the journey of becoming an entrepreneur.

POSITION

Position your idea in the market, understand your customers, and solidify your business model.

COMMIT

Commit to reaching your market, making a sale, and protecting your business.

REFINE

Perfect your strategy before launch and make sure your finances are in order.

LAUNCH

Plan for launching, leading, and growing your business.

This training series helps you complete a written feasibility plan to help you determine if your business idea is a “GO” or a “NO GO.” Your feasibility can then be adapted into your business plan.

Kauffman FastTrac® Business Academy Pricing and Availability

Kauffman FastTrac® is offered twice a year. The course lasts 12 weeks. On average, to complete the course from Ideate to Launch, will take approximately 30 hours.

Who is the program for?

FastTrac is for any aspiring or early-stage entrepreneur who is looking for relevant information, real life entrepreneur experiences, and tools to help through your entrepreneurial journey to starting a business.

I’m already in business. Would I still benefit from the KAUFFMAN FASTTRAC® BUSINESS ACADEMY?

If you are in your first year of business, you would definitely benefit from participating in the FastTrac program. If you have been in business for longer than a year, you might still benefit if you are considering adjusting your business model for greater success.

Will you cover content relevant to my industry?

The course content is not industry specific but will be relevant and applicable to anyone looking to launch a business.

What if I’m not sure about my business idea?

Then FastTrac is definitely for you! At its core, FastTrac assesses the feasibility of your business idea. If it turns out that your business idea is not feasible, the KAUFFMAN FASTTRAC® BUSINESS ACADEMY benefits you by 1) helping you figure this out BEFORE you make a more significant investment; and 2) helping you figure out ways to adjust your business model or create a new business concept that is feasible. Also, the skills you learn in FastTrac can be applied to ANY business idea you have in the future.
