Joseph joins us as an experienced Director of Development with a solid background in Business Development. He’s deeply passionate about fostering community growth and helping individuals reach their full potential. His personal mission is to “Impact a life in some way, every day.” A proud alumnus of Westminster College, Joseph played basketball while majoring in Journalism. After college, he continued his basketball career as a professional athlete, playing in Estonia, Spain, Hungary, and Australia. The lessons he learned on and off the court led him to give back to the community as a high school basketball coach, mentoring players at Capital City High School and Helias High School from 2019 to 2021.
Family is Joseph’s greatest motivation, and he spends much of his free time with loved ones. Coaching travel basketball in the spring and summer is a family affair, with his 14-year-old nephew playing on the team. He also enjoys attending games and supporting the athletes he’s previously coached.
