Jamie Wallingford joined CMCA’s Financial Opportunity Center in March 2023, bringing over 18 years of financial expertise to the team. Her leadership and dedication quickly propelled her into the role of Program Administrator. In this capacity, Jamie has led initiatives to serve more than 100 community members, helping them establish personal financial structure, improve credit scores, reduce debt, build savings, and grow their net worth.
In addition to her work at the Financial Opportunity Center, Jamie has served as the business financial coach for the Missouri Women’s Business Center (WBC), where she applies the same personal finance strategies to help small business owners prioritize financial management and scale their businesses with confidence. She is also the co-founder of the WBC’s Microlending Program and is now spearheading the expansion of the Capital Access Program.
Jamie is deeply committed to financial education. She leads workshops, participates in panel discussions, and hosts the podcast Financially Fit with FOC, where she shares practical tools and strategies to help individuals and entrepreneurs take control of their financial futures.
Her financial career began in 2005 on the front lines as a Teller and Teller Supervisor with Bank of America. She advanced through roles including Assistant Manager, Financial Lender, and Audit & Security Specialist with Landmark Bank, and later became a Market Business Manager with First State Community Bank. This breadth of experience fuels her passion for empowering others to pursue personal and professional financial freedom.
Beyond her professional work, Jamie is an active community leader. She is currently serving her second term as Secretary on the Prairie Home Board of Education and has volunteered as a youth baseball coach for five years with the Cooper County Summer Ball League, where she also served as Co-Founder, Vice President, and Treasurer. She is the former Vice President of the Prairie Home Recreation Basketball League.
In May 2023, Jamie embarked on a new chapter as an entrepreneur, launching Warrior Mode Functional Fitness and Nutrition LLC. Still in its early stages, WMFFN is more than a gym—it is a wellness community designed for the entire family. It promotes a holistic approach to health by combining physical fitness, mental well-being, and financial literacy. Jamie believes that when you align these three pillars, you unlock personal excellence. Her mission is to help others break through fear and excuses to discover the powerful life waiting for them—because no one should have to walk that journey alone.
